Personal data is processed on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data (Official Journal of the EU of 4.5.2016, L 119/1) and the Act of May 10, 2018. on the protection of personal data (these regulations enter into force on May 25, 2018), as well as on the basis of the Act of August 29, 1997.
